David Bennett

I’m a Trainer, Consultant and Coach, with over 20 years experience in organisational environments. What I do (and love doing) is help leaders and executives think differently about the challenges they face, in such a way that they achieve better results and find more satisfaction and fulfillment in the process.

I work either directly with organisations or with consultancies, training providers and coaching companies who share my desire to improve corporate performance by delivering interventions that have a profound and sustainable positive effect on the individuals employed by them.

I spent 16 years in a range of Vice President and Director-level roles for a leading global insurance broker, before setting up my own Training and Consultancy practice, which I have been pursuing for the last 6 years. I have led over 100 training programmes for managers and executives in a range of industries in Europe, USA, Latin America, Asia and Africa.

In my free time I love to keep fit with a mixture of running, cycling, swimming and yoga.  I also enjoy getting competitive on the golf course and tennis court!
